Clamcleats Ltd has a 50 year background in injection moulding and toolmaking. Whether you have a simple conceptual sketch, full drawings or a 3D model, we can turn your design into a finished part.

Our engineers can offer you advice on design and product development suggestions (material selection, tooling configuration) to make tooling more suitable for the manufacturing process, which allows us to reduce the cost of your project.
    
A network of UK, European and Far East tool makers allows us to take on both large and small scale projects. We can offer you a variety of tool design possibilities, ranging from manual to fully automatic. Tooling can include overmoulding, insert moulding, 2 and 3 plates, hot runners and tools for unscrewing and generating threads.

Tools can be produced in aluminium, pre toughened steel or fully hardened steel depending on the scale of the project. We also offer tooling in "unit die" systems to reduce lead times, cost and tooling size.
